Our Founder
Allene Philippe BSN, RN
Allene Philippe, BSN, RN, is a seasoned nursing professional with over 20 years in healthcare. Starting as an LPN in 2000, she advanced her education with an AS in Nursing from Excelsior University and a BSN from Aspen University. Allene has a broad range of experience in home health, bariatric, cosmetic, gynecology, orthopedic, neurovascular, wound care, general surgery, and pain management, among others. Renowned for her patient advocacy, she ensures optimal comfort and safety in care.
As a charge nurse, she led operations in a Surgical Stepdown unit and a Post Anesthesia Care Unit at a renowned level II trauma hospital in South Florida. She earned the title of Nurse of the Unit twice. Allene’s commitment to patient care led her to establish a nursing concierge service, focusing on personalized care and a smooth transition from hospital to home. According to Allene, nursing care should not end upon discharge from a facility, but continue until the patient’s comfort is optimal.
